Results
Over 40 products were developed throughout the 32-month contractual period. The luxurious “800” Tracksuit was the most popular. The very limited release premiered in-stores in May 2018 and sold out in 24 hours across 6 stores. Over the course of 3 years, 1900 units of Tracksuits were sold in 26 states, that’s just 1 product.
Promotional campaigns aided in the overall growth of the company. My execution of full-cycle production created original content for social media campaigns geared to engage customers and raise awareness of new products/releases.
E.A.T. not only saw a huge growth in gross sales, but also saw improvement in cultural influence, business connections and engagement analytics. The revamping of their brand identity leads to numerous collaborations from the Shoe City, New Balance, and many more.
The Process
-

Conceptualization + Research
In the initial Discovery Session, we would discuss the overall framework of the product you are looking to create. The look and feel of the brand in relation to the products by under covering the fundamentals like target market, challenges, positioning, product goals and logistics. Learn the history and/or vision so I can convey that message thru the packaging and/or product.
-

Design + Product Management
After stakeholders' approval and all goals are well defined, I take the necessary design and production measures to develop the visual identity and sample products and/or final compositions. A refinement stage readdressing aesthetics and product reliabilty.
-

Logistics + Marketing
Once they product/design has been finalized, approved and tested, we can start mass production. Whether out-sourced or in-house you can be confident in the quality and turnaround time. The marketing is established during the design stage to increases the reception of new products/look.
